Design Process
First Step: Contact me via the quote form on my website or by email directly. Please be as precise as you can when discussing the details of the type of design you are looking for (web, print, size, colors, layout preferences, etc). You may also request a phone consultation to discuss your project.
Second Step: I will send you a quote through email on the project. If the quote is satisfactory, then a deposit (1 hour minimum $25 or 50% of the project if less than $25) is required to start the process. This deposit is non-refundable. I will work with you to get the look you like, but if you change your mind and decide not to use my service, you will not get a refund of your deposit. You may either request an invoice or make a payment on my website.
Third Step: I will create samples and send them to you via email. I will do as many revisions as necessary (within reason, please don’t take advantage) to create the look you need. If you wish to set up a phone consultation to discuss your ideas, the process or concerns please contact me. You will also need to get all of your text, photos, artwork, logo and other items that may be needed for the design. The quicker we communicate the quicker your project will be finished.
Fourth Step: After you approve a final design, the balance is due. You will not receive any files or have an installation done till then. Once payment is received, installation will begin and files will be emailed to you, if you like. I will also do a weeks worth (7 business days Mon-Sat) of minor updating (text, fonts, minor color changes, etc) for free. Anything after that week will be charged at my hourly rate.
